外贸业务员,在开发跟进客户的过程中,是不是经常遇到客户不回复的情况呢,你们都是怎么推动客户往前走的呢,如何让客户回复你呢。

有一个小绝招,那就是你一定要多引导客户,如果客户被动,我们就必须主动,很主动。多想想客户会对什么感兴趣,投其所好,最好让他跟着你走。一个很简单的例子,你回想下,你去商场买衣服,聪明的销售员,总是能很好很热情地引导你,直到你挑选好合适的衣服,结账走人。

另外,我们外贸人,很多时候跟客户联系,都是通过邮件来往。建议你,每次你写出去的邮件,尽量都是带有问号的,每个邮件里,带有一两个问句。这样可以提高客户回复你的概率,为什么呢,如果你写的邮件,都是句号结束,那客户看到邮件,就觉得可回复可不回复,也有可能当时看一下,转身就忘了,回复率会低很多。但是也不要一次问太多问题,太多问题会让人看到就觉得很累,反感,不想回复。

你想想你跟别人聊天,是不是也是这样的,要持续地聊天,一般都是你问我答,我问你答,如果别人最后只是陈述了一句话,没有问题,很可能你就没有再回他了。另外,多让客户做选择题(类似于Yes or No这种),少问开放式的问题,较难回答的问题。

  4. When do you expect to receive the goods? (适当确认细节)

  7. Have you found your idea supplier?
  8. Are you still interested in our product?
  9. Is there any other information you need?
  10. May I have your address? Let me try to check the freight cost for you.
  11. Just wondering if you have received my email yesterday?
  12. Just want to make sure that you have received my quotation?
  13. May I have your further idea/comment pls?
  14. What is your plan to move forward?
  15. How can we move to next step pls?
  16. Do you still have any concern/question? Feel free to let us know.
  17. We have some new products released recently, do you want to see them?
  18. Our new catalogue is availabe now, do you want it?
  19. Can we schedule a quick call? When you will be available?
